A former Partner in both International Accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young where he specialised in merger and acquisition advisory services. He has had extensive involvement in major corporate turnarounds, and experience as acting CFO of a 1bn pound revenue telecommunications business operating across 20 countries and 4 continents.

Rohit joined Endava in March 2019 as General Counsel and is responsible for Legal, Company Secretarial and Compliance across the Group. Before this, he served as the Associate General Counsel for VEON, a Nasdaq and Euronext-listed digital and telecommunications company, and as General Counsel at London Mining Plc. Rohit previously worked in private practice at US law firms Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe and Wilmer Hale. He studied law at Cambridge University and holds a Masters in Law from Georgetown University Law Center.

Julian was a founding member of a successful UK IT consulting company and one of the organisations that would ultimately become Endava. During his career Julian had a series of sales, marketing and business development roles. He has over 20 years experience in the IT sector focusing on IT for the Financial Services sector.

Paul joined Endava in 2006 having worked in sales roles previously within IT and outside. He has been contributing to Endava’s growth ever since in a number of increasingly-senior sales positions. In 2006 Paul joined the Sales Leadership team and alongside his peers in that team is responsible for delivering Endava’s global sales targets through the creation and execution of strategy, teams and processes.

David leads our HR, people development, recruitment and communications team. He has a background in organisational design and change management and has led enterprise-wide people and organisational change programmes across multiple industries and geographies. David has extensive experience in people leadership in the telecoms, digital media and IT sectors, having held both operational and strategic leadership roles in previous companies, including Arqiva and BT.

Sulina joined the Endava Board in September 2019. She has worked at the forefront of digital transformation most recently at Facebook where she has been a Director of Mobile and Connectivity Partnerships since October 2017. Prior to that, from April 2014 until September 2017, she was Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Orange. Sulina holds an M.A. from the University of Oxford.

John entered the Computer Services industry with Hoskyns (now Capgemini), where he gained a broad range of experience of business practices in the industry. At Capgemini, John set up the Business Process Outsourcing division taking it from a greenfield start-up to 450 people over a 5 year period. In February 2000 he founded Concise which merged with Compudava in April 2006 to form Endava. John was selected as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011.

Richard is the Sector Head for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare at Endava. Responsible for 4 global business units and over 27 years’ experience in managing the successful delivery of IT solutions to clients. This has enabled him to build up many strategic partnerships with clients during his 13 years at Endava, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. With an MBA from MIT Sloan, Richard has a strong, holistic business overview.

Toby is based in Frankfurt and is responsible for Endava’s presence in the DACH region in addition to having delivery responsibility for Financial Services Clients across Europe. He has over 20 years’ experience leading and shaping large IT projects, programmes and portfolios of work in a range of industries, where he gained valuable insights into IT outsourcing delivery. A business founder and owner, Toby joined Endava in 2014 through a merger with a Financial Services advisory company.

Former Managing Director and Chairman of Global TMT Banking at Citigroup, Co-Head Global TMT Banking, and having also run the Global Services and East Coast Technology Investment Banking Group, Ben is an experienced professional, having completed and led hundreds of Equity, M&A and Fixed Income transactions over almost three decades.

Brian is one of the founders of Velocity Partners. Following our merger in 2018, he took on the role of Head of Sales, TMTR at Endava. With extensive experience in technology, starting in 2000, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Brian has deep knowledge of software systems and lean/agile processes which allow him to truly understand the needs of our customers and design the best solutions for them alongside his team.

Radu is an experienced IT professional with 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined Endava in July 2003.

As part of the Endava team he successfully participated in the delivery of a number of large-scale projects and programs for financial and telecommunication industries. He was involved in key leadership roles in setting up delivery centers in Central Europe. He was also part of the integration teams for business units that became part of Endava as a result of M&A activities.

Radu holds an Executive MBA degree from Ashridge / Hult International Business School.

An experienced and capable builder and leader of teams, Steve has led people, projects and processes in the successful delivery of IT systems for over twenty years. Steve leads our TMT business and is excellent at problem identification and resolution, including complex process and organisational issues. He has a technical background and is capable of understanding IT architecture and technical complexity. Steve has used his joint honors degree in PE and English to great effect: starting work as a Coffee Broker, before making the switch to IT with Nestle and subsequently working for several investment banks and consultancies. Steve has been with Endava since 2004.

Ms. Hollister has served as a member of the board of directors of Clear Secure, Inc. and as a member of the board’s audit and compensation committees since June 2021. From March 2021 to May 2022, Ms. Hollister served as a member of the board of directors of First Solar, Inc. and as a member of the board’s audit and compensation committees. Ms. Hollister was an active partner at Deloitte for over 25 years until September 2020, where she served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte Global Tax and Legal practice from 2015 until 2019 and in a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte Tax LLP (USA), managing partner of the U.S. Business Tax Service line, and served both public and private clients. Ms. Hollister was a member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte U.S. from 2008 to 2015 and of Deloitte’s Global Board of Directors from 2010 to 2015. In the community, Ms. Hollister served multiple academic and charitable organizations and currently serves on the boards of trustees of Duke University, University of Cincinnati Health Foundation, and the Cincinnati Museum Center. A lawyer (licensed, registered inactive, in State of Ohio) and a certified public accountant (licensed, active in the State of Ohio), Ms. Hollister holds a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Rob is the Chief Operating Officer and runs the Endava business units accountable for successful delivery to all of Endava's clients. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP). Rob has a proven track record in delivering on large IT programmes, and during his career he has taken numerous leadership roles in high-profile IT engagements as both a programme manager and a solution architect.

Laurence Madsen joined Endava after many years on the sell side. She previously worked at Nomura/Instinet, Deutsche Bank and UBS where she held various positions. She was most recently an equity sector sales specialist and previously an equity research analyst. She graduated from Barnard College and has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

As Chief Digital Officer, Justin is responsible for leading Endava’s global digital practice, both from a client engagement and digital delivery capacity. The digital philosophy Justin has instilled within the organisation focuses on enabling businesses to dramatically improve the experiences of their users through the introduction of technology, while giving them the strategy, data, and insight to evolve and succeed as the overall market landscape changes.

Prior to Endava, Justin was the founder and CEO of Nickelfish, a US based digital agency which provided transformative digital services to global clients such as American Express, eBay, and BMW. Nickelfish joined the Endava Group in 2015 and now anchors the digital arm of Endava’s global organisation. Bringing over 18 years of practical knowledge in the digital arena, Justin’s past experiences leading Product, Business Development, and User Experience organizations for both AT&T Interactive and Sony Electronics, along with his current role, have helped strategically transform businesses across all industries, worldwide.

Pedro was Country Manager for Velocity Partners before the company merged with Endava. With more than 25 years of working in IT and managing global accounts, he is a people’s person at heart, a trait which blended well with his responsibility of overseeing and integrating large, multicultural teams. As of December 2018, Pedro is Regional Manager for Endava in Latin America.

Helena joined Endava in May 2019 and has global responsibility for Internal Tech across the Group. Helena has over 20 years of experience in change and organisational design through product development, data management and technology transformation. Prior to joining Endava, Helena has worked in multiple sectors and variety of organisations including Thomson Reuters, Cancer Research UK, Fujitsu and Symbian. She started her technology career with Nokia.

David is an experienced chief financial officer and board member who has led companies through successful IPOs on both the U.S. and London Stock Exchanges. Most recently, he was chief financial officer of ClearStar, Inc., a publicly traded technology company on the London Stock Exchange, and previously was CFO of a NASDAQ listed company. David holds an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Lawrence joined Endava in 2008 and co-heads Endava’s Financial Services sales division globally. He has significant experience in generating new business within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Payments, working with new and current clients across its entire ecosystem.

Andrew leads the Retail, Consumer & Travel sales team within Endava and is responsible for ensuring successful engagement and business growth within existing and new business client accounts. With over 20 years’ experience in IT services sales at IBM, Telenor, Wipro and Endava, Andrew has successfully won and managed a variety of major multi-year service programmes, across a number of business industries, and in the past 10 years he’s been specifically focused on the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.

Hubert has over 20 years’ of experience in IT delivery and is currently responsible for Endava BeNeLux. During his career he gained a vast amount of experience across the whole IT field including IT delivery leadership, IT program management, IT transformation, Nearshoring and IT outsourcing.

Before joining Endava, as part of a merger in September 2016, Hubert was a member of the management board of a specialised nearshore software development company. From 2009, Hubert worked for Accenture as delivery director for 7 years, leading major outsourcing engagements for VanLanschot and Shell. Prior to this, he worked in IT leadership positions for AkzoNobel and Cargill. Hubert has a strong drive, business acumen and enjoys having a positive mindset and holds a master’s degree in business.

Trevor joined Goldman Sachs in 1986 where he was CIO for the EMEA Region between 2000 and 2009. He contributed to the company’s growth in the use of technology and was responsible for all aspects of technology across the EMEA Region. Trevor joined the Endava Board in 2013 and has recently been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mark has experience in the IT and Telecoms sectors, as well as experience as a US listed CFO. He was Deputy Finance Director of Xansa plc, the IT and BPO outsourcing company, where he played a key role in the upgrade of its financial systems and reporting as the company scaled its offshore capability in India. He then became UK Finance Director at COLT Telecom and latterly Group CFO of Cascal NV, an international NYSE listed water services company. Mark joins us from Paragon, a private equity backed training provider.

Teo founded AGS in 1997 in Romania, the company that merged with Endava in 2006. He started his IT journey in 1986 and founded several companies in the IT and financial sectors in the 90’s. He was also a board member to important financial institutions in the country. Since 2006 he focused his activity exclusively on Endava, currently being responsible for the projects and service delivery for clients within the Technology & Software Products sector. At the same time, Teo supports the overall growth of the company and related initiatives in CE.

Eoin Woods is Endava’s CTO and guides the development of the firm's technical delivery capability. Before joining Endava Eoin spent over 10 years in the software product industry for Bull, Sybase and InterTrust and 10 years in Capital Markets for BGI, UBS and BlackRock. He is a widely published author in both the research and industrial communities, is co-author of the well-known book "Software Systems Architecture", published by Addison-Wesley, and was the recipient of the 2018 Linda N. Northrup Award for Software Architecture, awarded by the SEI at Carnegie Mellon University. His main technical interests are software architecture, security and distributed systems.

A senior leader with excellent entrepreneurial capabilities, Frank founded and grew the German Austrian digital agency Exozet, rated in the top 25 multimedia service providers in Germany, where his leadership helped earn himself and his team over 50 Innovation, Design and Technology awards. Following the successful merger with Endava in 2019, Frank has assumed responsibility for all Media, Broadcast, Sports, Mobility, Telco and Healthtech Activities in the DACH and EMEA region in the role of Delivery Director. As one of the first entrepreneurs to combine Internet and Video technology, Frank provides inspirational leadership to help teams solve industry challenges using outside-the-box thinking and cutting-edge technology solutions.
